Occupational Therapist, author and founder of OT360.

My career spans over 40 years in occupational therapy, including 30 years in education and 

leadership, alongside clinical practice, consultancy and workforce development

I currently supervise over 100 

occupational therapists from  

return to practice and early 

career to specialists, advanced practitioners, consultants and clinical leaders.

I work across NHS services, primary care, social care, 

education, independent practice, case management, expert 

witness, charities, hospices and private healthcare.

I am an NHS England-accredited FCP and ACP supervisor and an approved Return To Practice 

supervisor.

I also support neurodiverse 
occupational therapists, including those funded by Access to Work
