I am Margaret Spencer MA, DipCOT, FRCOT, Consultant Occupational Therapist, author and founder of OT360.

My career spans over 40 years in occupational therapy, including 30 years in education and leadership, alongside clinical practice, consultancy and workforce development

I currently supervise over 100 

occupational therapists from  return to practice and early career 

to specialists, advanced practitioners, consultants and clinical leaders.

I work across NHS services, primary care, social care, education, independent practice, case management, expert witness, charities, hospices and private healthcare.

I am an NHS England-accredited FCP and ACP supervisor and an approved Return To Practice supervisor, 

I also support neurodiverse 
occupational therapists, including  those funded by Access to Work
